Our role is to apply judgment and structure before any introduction is made, ensuring relevance, clarity and discretion throughout the process.We do not sell property. We introduce investors to opportunities only when alignment justifies closer inspection. Engagements are professional, unpressured and without obligation.

Step 1 — Initial Contact

We begin with a brief conversation to confirm relevance and understand whether property investment is a current priority. This allows both parties to establish whether further discussion is appropriate.

Step 2 — Understanding Your Criteria

We ask a small number of focused questions around objectives, price comfort, time horizon and asset preference. This ensures engagement proceeds only where there is genuine alignment.

Step 3 — Our Role, Clearly Defined

Our role is explained clearly at the outset.

PrimeInvest365 acts solely as an introducer. We do not hold stock, provide advice or promote developments. Introductions are made selectively and without pressure.

Step 4 — Market Alignment

We assess which part of the residential market best aligns with your objectives, based on observed demand behaviour, liquidity characteristics and current conditions. London is often used as a reference point, with comparable behaviour observed across selected UK cities.

Step 5 — Contextual Discussion

Where appropriate, we arrange a short discussion to outline relevant market context, explain why a particular opportunity may or may not be suitable, and determine whether it makes sense to proceed further.

Step 6 — Introduction & Viewing

If alignment exists, we introduce you directly to an established developer or seller and coordinate viewings, either in person or virtually. We remain involved to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the process.

Step 7 — Clarifying the Details

We assist in reviewing key commercial elements so decisions are made with clear visibility. All legal, tax and financial advice remains with your appointed professional advisers.

Step 8 — Formal Process & Completion

Any transaction proceeds directly between the investor and the developer or seller through reservation, exchange and completion. There is no obligation to proceed at any stage. Introductions are made with context, not pressure.
